Each PGI-570XL Pigment Black cartridge contains 25 ml of ink. Each CLI-571XL cartridge contains 12.2 ml, including Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Grey.

Actual cartridge life depends on printer model, print settings, page coverage, paper type, cleaning cycles and frequency of use. Photographs, large graphics and solid colour backgrounds generally use more ink than lightly printed documents.

Each cartridge is used at a different rate depending on what you print. Replace cartridges as needed and keep unused cartridges sealed until required.

Ink volume does not guarantee a fixed number of printed pages. Individual cartridge yields should not be added together to calculate a combined bundle yield.

These compatible PGI-570XL and CLI-571XL cartridges are third-party replacements designed for the corresponding cartridge positions in selected Canon PIXMA printers.

1. Check your printer model and the references on the cartridges you need to replace.
2. Choose a total of 4 cartridges in your required combination.
3. Select Grey only if your printer is marked ★ Grey compatible in the list above.
4. When your cartridges arrive, follow your printer’s normal cartridge replacement procedure.
5. Remove protective caps, clips or tape as directed in the supplied instructions.
6. Install PGI-570XL Pigment Black in the PGBK position and CLI-571XL Black in the BK position.
7. Install Cyan, Magenta and Yellow in their matching C, M and Y positions. Install Grey only in a dedicated GY position.
8. Ensure each cartridge is securely seated and follow the applicable printer prompts.

Do not touch or damage the electronic contacts or ink outlets. Keep spare cartridges sealed until needed.

Can I choose repeated cartridge types?

Yes. You can mix different types or choose multiples, including all 4 of the same type, provided your choices suit your printer.

Which cartridge types can I choose?

Choose from PGI-570XL Pigment Black, CLI-571XL Black, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Grey. Grey is only suitable for the marked printer models.

Can every printer in the list use Grey?

No. Only printers marked ★ Grey compatible have the required Grey cartridge position. Do not select Grey for an unmarked model.

Can Grey replace Cyan?

No. They are different inks and cartridge references. Grey must go in the GY position, and Cyan must go in the C position.

What is the difference between the two black cartridges?

PGI-570XL Pigment Black contains 25 ml and fits the PGBK position. CLI-571XL Black contains 12.2 ml and fits the BK position. They are not interchangeable.
