Ensure prompt delivery or convenient collection of your office printer supplies in Cannock and across the UK with Chase Ink. We dispatch ink cartridge orders on a daily basis by 1st Class Royal Mail, with a 3 p.m. cut-off time for order dispatch. While not guaranteed, most orders reach you in 1-2 days, except due to any industrial action, which may cause a delay in the receipt of items.
Larger orders and toner cartridges may be dispatched using a parcel service. If you are a local resident and would prefer collecting your order in person, please contact us before placing your order. Our ink cartridges can be purchased over the counter at the following markets:
Lichfield Market: Tuesday, Friday And Saturday
Penkridge Market: Wednesday
Loughborough Market: Thursday

OUR DELIVERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SHIPPING
Same day despatch: Orders with completed payments received by 3.00 p.m. are normally dispatched by Royal Mail 24 / 1st Class. Larger orders may be shipped by an alternative method or split into multiple packets.
Next-day delivery (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays) is available for completed orders received before 3:00 p.m. (Mon-Fri) to mainland UK only, subject to stock availability. Some postcodes may experience longer delivery times to receive their order.
Any discrepancies or omissions regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Undelivered packages must be reported via email within 30 days of placing your order.
Any orders not received after a 15 working day period will be reported to the service used. We will not re-despatch or grant a refund for missing goods until an investigation has been completed by the service used and the package has been confirmed as lost/delayed.
GUARANTEE/RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods without stating a reason. Under these circumstances you will have to pay the cost of returning the goods and they must be returned unopened in their original packaging. We offer a 12-month money back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase then simply return it to us within 12 months in its original packaging along with your order number details and address, a description of the fault and print samples. A replacement cartridge or a refund will then be offered as long as (in the case of ink and toner cartridges) the product still contains a reasonable amount of ink or toner and the reported fault is present on testing. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for returned items for which most of the product has been consumed.
Goods must be returned at your own cost and you are responsible for them until they reach us.
Returned goods that are found to have no fault or the fault is due to operator error will not be replaced or refunded for. If you wish to have these items returned to you, you will then be required to pay for their carriage.
Our cartridges are guaranteed for a single use only. Although it may be possible to reset and refill most of our cartridges, we do not guarantee that the cartridges can be successfully refilled and that the chip (if fitted) can be successfully reset.
We will refund for cartridges ordered in error only if they are returned to us at your own expense within 14 days of purchase and have not been removed from their sealed packaging. A restocking fee may apply if goods are returned after the 14-day period.
Faulty goods returned after the 12-month guarantee period will be replaced or refunded at the manager’s discretion.
